"Positive Oddity" and a recent HeroHammer game

It's long time since I posted anything, but I've been very busy at work recently, and also spent some time at the hospital on post-covid checkups (over 3 months since I left the hospital). Fortunately it seems I recover well. Had the blood tests that proven that I still have Covid antibodies, so at least I have some super powers being immune to it. The spirometry, CT scan of the lungs and the endurance tests shown that I have hardly any leftovers of the recent disease and my stamina is over the norm. The doctor that tested me said, that looking at his other patients, that had it in the way I did (over 50% of lungs affecte, 3 weeks in hospital etc), he can call me a "Positive Oddity" :-D

Hobby wise, I'm still painting the Austrian Chevaulegres, that take a bit more tim than I expected, and also started to work on some terrain - old Citadel Fortress, and the Hovels' ACW buildings.

Last Saturday I also played a big 4000pts game of Warhammer Fantsy 5th edition with Orcs & Goblins alliance with Chaos Dwarfs fought with Empire and hired Dogs of War. Fun game on my 6x12' table that forces the social distancing ;-) The game ended up with the victory of Empire and DoW.

Minęło trochę czasu, od mojego ostatniego postu, ale ostatnio byłem bardzo zajęty w pracy, a także spędziłem trochę czasu w szpitalu na badaniach kontrolnych po zakażeniu (ponad 3 miesiące odkąd opuściłem szpital). Na szczęście dobrze się regeneruję. Badania krwi wykazały, że nadal mam przeciwciała na koronawirusa, więc przynajmniej mam jakieś super moce, dające mi odporność. Spirometria, tomografia komputerowa płuc i testy wytrzymałościowe wykazały, że nie mam prawie żadnych pozostałości po niedawnej chorobie, a moja kondycja przekracza normę. Lekarz, który mnie przebadał, powiedział, że patrząc na innych swoich pacjentów, których stan był podobny do mojego (ponad 50% zajętych płuc, 3 tygodnie w szpitalu itp.), może nazwać mnie „pozytywnym kuriozum” :-D

Jeśli chodzi o hobby, nadal maluję austriackich szwoleżerów, którzy zajmują trochę więcej czasu, niż się spodziewałem, a także zacząłem pracować nad terenami - starej Twierdzy Cytadela i budynkach ACW od Hovels.

W zeszłą sobotę grałem także w dużą grę 5ed Warhammer Fantsy na 4000 punktów z sojuszem Orcs & Goblins z Chaos Dwarfs walczącym z Empire i wynajętymi Dogs of War. Fajna gra na moim stole 6x12 ', który wymuszał dystans społeczny ;-) Gra zakończyła się wygraną Imperium i DoW.
