Hello everyone!
In a glimpse of an eye a year has passed since the last post...
Hobbywise it's been a very quiet year. Due to a lot of work, both professionaly and at home and all the other activities, throughout the year I hardly painted any miniatures.
Then somewhere in spring I wanted to go back to the hobby, but I ripped tendons in my right hand (don't even ask how ;-) )!
I managed to find some time to play some games of various rules and settings (sample pictures below), take part in few long range shooting competitions, visit some museums and last but not least finish the year with another gaming marathon with the Perry's and other friends.
I have now big plans of returning to the hobby! The project plans for this year is finishing my 1815 Brunswick army, start the Swiss-Burgundian War project, and add some tiles to my modular gaming table.
To help me with that I just got a set of audiobooks read by Andy Serkis - almost 80 hours of listening during the painting.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a great New Year 2023!

W mgnieniu oka minął rok od ostatniego wpisu...
Hobbystycznie to był bardzo spokojny rok. Ze względu na ogrom pracy, zarówno zawodowej, jak i domowej oraz wszelkie inne zajęcia, przez cały rok prawie nie malowałem figurek. Potem, gdzieś na wiosnę chciałem wrócić do hobby, ale zerwałem ścięgna w prawej ręce (nie pytajcie jak ;-) )!
Udało mi się jednak znaleźć trochę czasu na pogranie w kilka różnych gier (przykładowe zdjęcia poniżej), wzięcie udziału w kilku zawodach strzelectwa długodystansowego, zwiedzenie kilku muzeów i wreszcie zakończenie roku kolejnym maratonem gier u Braci Perry.
Mam teraz wielkie plany powrotu do hobby - ukończenie mojej armii Brunszwiku z 1815 r., rozpoczęcie projektu wojny szwajcarsko-burgundzkiej i rozbudowa mojego modularnego stołu do gry.
Mam nadzieję, że w powrocie do hobby pomocny będzie zestaw audiobooków czytanych przez Andy'ego Serkisa - prawie 80 godzin słuchania podczas malowania!
Korzystając z okazji chciałbym życzyć wszystkim wspaniałego Nowego Roku 2023!
